 John Bonner
has been involved in ministry for twenty-five years, serving as a missionary, pastor and director of Calvary Chapel BIble College. John graduated with an Associates degree in Theology from Calvary Chapel Bible College, Twin Peaks, California, in 1996. He has been married to his wife Pilar since 1985, and together they have three children: Michelle, Jason and Joshua. John is the director of CCBC-Peru and is a regular teacher at the College.
Dwayne Spearman
has been in ministry for the last nineteen years, serving as Worship Leader, Assistant Pastor, Missionary and Senior Pastor. He teaches and serves as the Campus Pastor. He holds several degrees including a Th.B. and a Ph.D. in Bible. He has been married to Jannett since 1997 and they have two sons: Dane and Brandon.
 Rick Heilman
moved to Peru with his family in 2004 from Calvary Chapel Melbourne, Florida, where he oversaw a very fruitful youth ministry for several years. Married to his wife, Beth since 1985, together they have two teenage daughters, Candy and Trisha. Rick not only is a gifted teacher, but a stong evangelist. In addition to his responsiblities at CCBC-Peru, he oversees our popular Youth Summer of Missions Program, and pastors an English speaking Calvary Chapel he established in Lima in 2004.
 Leo Maestre
is a gifted pastor and teacher and a native Peruvian married to British born Melanie since 2002. Together, they have two children, Gabriela and Elias. Leo is an assistant pastor of Calvary Chapel Lima, and is a popular teacher in the Spanish Bible College program.
